Hi I'm Tash and welcome to Training and Nutrition with Tash. My journey into fitness started through my training in acting and dance, where i became fascinated by what the human body is capable of, and how important knowledge of anatomy is to healthy movement. Fast forward to today and I enjoy continually learning about the human body, and the effects movement, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle have on both our physical and mental health. In my own training I aim for balance and health first, but I still aim for aesthetics and enjoyment, involving weight training, cardio, yoga and the bit of dance that my body can cope with haha. My goal is for my work as a personal trainer and nutrition coach to reflect this, helping you feel physically, mentally and look your best. I'd love to chat about how we can work together!
